YAZALI, 10 Dec: The Nyishi Elite Society (NES) Keyi Panyor District Unit conducted the fourth phase of the awareness programme which concluded here today at a community hall,Yazali.
The programme was carried out under the collaborative effort of District Administration based on the theme of protection and preservation of wildlife.
The programme gained an enormous success with surrender of airguns by the youths of Yazali and youths of a few nearby villages.It’s considered as a part of a decade long efforts to preserve wildlife in the state and the district.
The event gained momentum by a huge participation across from the district.
Keyi Panyor NES Unit District Chairman TD Neckom Director Marketing Agriculture Govt.of Arunachal Pradesh,Er. Byabang Tugu,Tabia Chobin,NES Keyi Panyor District In-charge, Likha Chada, NES Chairman, Er. Heri Robin,NES Convener District Unit,Joram Elyu, Nabam Piju, Gem Aiti ZPM Yachul,Yazali ,Pitapool and Senior Citizens,Public leaders, intellectuals and gaon burahas from Keyi Panyor participated in the programme.
The EAC, Keyi Panyor District Mumni Borang further asked the GBs to take a pivotal role to aware the people of illegal hunting of wildlife animals in their respective jurisdiction.
