A crucial meeting was held between the Lower Subansiri District Football Association (DFA) and football clubs of Lower Subansiri District, including:
- All Hija Sports Association (AHSA)
- Bulla Sports Association (BSA)
- Diibo Sports Club (DSC)
- Hari Sports Club (HSC)
- Sojang Lapang Sports Club (SLSC)
- Zamra FC
The meeting focused on collaborative efforts to develop football in the district and discussed the upcoming U13 ASMITA Football League 2024-25 at Ziro, a flagship program of the All India Football Federation (AIFF).
