In a remarkable show of community spirit and collective responsibility, a massive social service drive was carried out today across the Ziro Valley, stretching from Pai Gate check post (Hapoli) to the scenic Pine Groove (Old Ziro). The event was organized by the District Administration as part of the preparations for the upcoming Cabinet Aapke Dwar scheduled to be held on September 6 in the District Secretariat Building at Ziro.

The social service witnessed enthusiastic participation from all the government departments, police, ITBP, BRTF, ArSRLM, schools, colleges, IGTAMSU, PRI members, CBOs like TSD, AWAZ, AYA, ASU, ALSDSU, APWWS (Ziro Unit) and the general public. Hundreds of volunteers joined hands in the cleanliness and beautification campaign, turning the event into one of the largest community mobilizations in recent times.
Smti Oli Perme, Deputy Commissioner, Lower Subansiri District expressed appreciation for the overwhelming response and collective effort, emphasizing that such initiatives not only enhance the beauty and hygiene of the valley but also reflect the unity and civic sense of its people.


Shri Hage Tarung, ADC informed that in the backdrop of Cabinet Aapke Dwar, a Mega Seva Aapke Dwar camp will be held at Govt. Secondary School, Hari Village on September 7, where villagers will be able to avail multiple government services under one roof.


The forthcoming Cabinet Aapke Dwar is expected to witness the presence of the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Cabinet Ministers, senior bureaucrats, and dignitaries. Today’s large-scale social service has set a positive tone for the historic event, showcasing Ziro Valley’s readiness and community solidarity.

The District Administration has further appealed to all sections of society to continue their cooperation in ensuring a successful and memorable Cabinet Aapke Dwar and Mega Seva Aapke Dwar at Ziro.
