Yachuli, August 15: In a landmark achievement for the region, Keyi Panyor District has officially established its own Department of School Education fulfilling a long-cherished aspiration of educators and the community alike.
The newly created office of the District Deputy Director of School Education , Yachuli celebrated its inaugural Independence Day with the hoisting of the National Flag on its premises. The ceremony, led by newly appointed DDSE Koj Tajang, drew teachers from every corner of the district, who gathered in unity to mark this transformative moment for local education.
Their presence was more than symbolic.It reflected a shared optimism and determination to strengthen the district’s educational foundation. As one Block education Officer Keyi Panyor District observed,“This is not just an administrative milestone;it is the beginning of a new era for education in Keyi Panyor.”
The achievement was made possible through the visionary leadership of the Hon’ble MLA of the 16th Yachuli Assembly constituency and the steadfast support of the District Administration.
With the NEP 2020 as its guiding framework, the new department aims to drive quality improvements, expand access to education, and promote innovation in teaching methods.It will serve as a central hub for policy implementation, coordination, and decision-making ensuring timely support for schools, including those in the most remote parts of the district.
Educators have pledged their commitment to measurable progress aligned with the NEP’s mission and vision. Plans are already underway for fresh initiatives to uplift teaching standards, modernize learning environments, and create equal opportunities for every child in Keyi Panyor.
As the Tricolour fluttered proudly above the new DDSE headquarters, the moment symbolized not only India’s independence, but also the district’s newfound autonomy in shaping its educational destiny.
