Jktyre Orange 4×4 Fury: A Thrilling Finale at the Bizari Mayhem Stage

UJJAL Namsum Takes the Plunge in a Swampy Gauntlet!

Bizari, Arunachal Pradesh – December 15, 2024 – The final day of the Jktyre Orange 4×4 Fury rally culminated in exhilarating fashion at the Bizari Mayhem stage, where competitors faced off against some of the most challenging terrain yet. The event drew spectators and adrenaline junkies alike, eager to witness the fierce competition amidst the iconic landscapes of Arunachal Pradesh.

In a dramatic turn of events, UJJAL Namsum was the first to plunge into the notorious swamp, demonstrating remarkable skill and determination as he grappled with the treacherous conditions. Utilizing a tractor and JCB as anchors, Namsum winched his way through the muck, showcasing the grit required to conquer this grueling stage. His daring efforts set the tone for the intense battles that followed.

Next up was Vivek Gujral, who took his own daring dive into the swamp, further complicating the race dynamics and keeping spectators on the edge of their seats. The challenges of the swamp and the trench along the state road of Bizari continually tested the limits of each competitor.

Despite a Did Not Finish (DNF) due to a mechanical failure, CHETAN CHENGPA claimed the top honors and was crowned the undisputed King of Offroading in Arunachal Pradesh 2024, thanks to the commanding lead he built over the previous two days. His consistency and skill throughout the event earned him a revered place in off-roading history.

Aditya Mein of Team MOCCA made headlines with a surprising third-place finish, overcoming a breakdown on the second day after hitting a green waypoint. His resilience and strategic maneuvering solidified his spot on the podium, defying the odds against him.

In a heartwarming display of sportsmanship, UJJAL Namsum and Tseng Tsing Mein were jointly awarded the Best Sportsman Spirit Award, recognizing their courage and empathy towards fellow competitors throughout the event. Their camaraderie and support reflect the true spirit of off-roading.

In the stock category, Nabam Katung made a stunning comeback, besting previous leader Jaong Mirip Singpho to claim second place, with Atong Tithak from Jairampur securing third. Katung’s tenacity and skill were on full display as he navigated through the challenging course.

The event also celebrated the remarkable achievements of women in a sport often dominated by males, as NANG SUHANA was honored with the Best Women Category Award, highlighting her exceptional performance and inspiring presence.

The Prize Distribution Ceremony was graced by the esteemed Shri Kento Jini, Minister of Sports and Youth Affairs, alongside Shri Abu Tayeng, Secretary of Youth Affairs and Sports, and Shri Ramesh Lingi, Director of Youth Affairs for Arunachal Pradesh. The presence of other dignitaries from Lower Subansiri district, including rallying legend Shri Hari Singh, Head of Operations at Jktyre Motorsports, added prestige to the event.

As the dust settles on the 2024 Jktyre Orange 4×4 Fury, participants and fans alike are left with unforgettable memories and a sense of anticipation for the next thrilling chapter in off-roading.
