Yazali, October 7, 2025 | The Confederation of Service Associations of Arunachal Pradesh (CoSAAP), Keyi Panyor District Unit, convened its first Executive Coordination Meeting today at the office chamber of the Assistant Engineer, PWD Yazali Division who also serves as the President of the district unit, Er. Toko Lento.

The meeting, which commenced at 10:30 a.m., marked the first formal coordination session since the formation of the new district executive body. All newly appointed executive members were present at the session.
During the meeting, members deliberated on key organizational issues, coordination strategies, and the roadmap for strengthening CoSAAP’s presence and activities at the district level.The discussion emphasized the importance of unity, transparency, and teamwork in upholding the association’s objectives and in safeguarding the interests and welfare of government employees.

In his address, President Er. Toko Lento highlighted the pivotal role of CoSAAP as one of the most significant organizations in the state championing the welfare of government employees. He urged all members to work collectively, setting aside personal egos, and to focus on the greater purpose of employee welfare. He also noted that the remaining vacant posts in the executive body would soon be filled to ensure smooth coordination and representation.

Speaking on the occasion, the newly elected General Secretary, Shri Chukhu Eppa, called upon members to maintain unity and avoid the unnecessary mushrooming of multiple associations within the district. “CoSAAP alone is a strong and credible platform for addressing the concerns of government employees. We must strengthen it instead of fragmenting our collective voice,” he stated.
The meeting concluded with a resolution to enhance coordination between the district unit and the state headquarters, ensuring that the aspirations and grievances of government employees of Keyi Panyor District are effectively communicated and addressed.
