A Career Guidance Program was successfully conducted at Saint Claret College, Ziro, in collaboration with Helping Hands and ALS Redefining IAS Training Institute, Itanagar. The program aimed to provide valuable career insights and guidance to the students. The event was graced by Robin Hibu, IPS, Special Commissioner of Police, who shared his inspiring journey of preparing for the UPSC examination in Delhi. During his interaction with the students, he shared motivational experiences and practical strategies that helped him overcome challenges during his preparation phase. The session was highly engaging as students actively participated and raised their doubts regarding career choices and future opportunities, which were effectively addressed by Mr. Hibu. Furthermore, he proposed three key suggestions to the college for enhancing the educational system and improving the overall learning environment. The program proved to be highly beneficial for the students, equipping them with the right mindset and motivation to excel in their respective career paths.
