16/03/24 Ziro Police team seized cash amount of Rs 5920000 (59 Lakhs and 20 thousand) during a random naka checking at pine groove area.
The cash amount was seized from one Shri Boa Terry, of Boa Shimla,kamle. The Naka team on suspicion stopped the vehicle (Scorpio) and conducted a random search where the team found the cash amount stashed in a grey colour journey bag.
Reportedly the vehicle carrying the seized amount was heading from ziro to kamle district.
All the legal procedures were followed during the exercise in presence of executive magisterate.
