Deputy Commissioner Shri Vivek H.P. (IAS) emphasized introspection on why private school teachers show greater dedication despite lower salaries, suggesting that motivation and accountability are key. He called for clean, well-maintained school environments and urged headmasters to take ownership of their campuses. Highlighting that schools are the foundation of society, he advocated for a multi-dimensional approach to improve infrastructure, enrolment, and education quality across 18 proposed government schools.
District Adult Education Officer (DAEO) Shri Rubu Buker shared the success story of N.G. Government Secondary School, Tajang, where a 12-member committee was formed to increase enrolment, with each member tasked to bring in five students. Meanwhile, Shri Tage Opo, BRCC, informed that the number of schools in the district was reduced from 76 to 25 during the 2024–25 session, with plans to further merge low-enrolment schools into 18 by the 2025–26 session to allow better monitoring and teaching quality.

Apatani Students’ Union President Shri Pura Nado stressed the need to discipline not only students but also irregular teachers. He pointed out that private schools use effective marketing strategies to showcase their facilities and achievements, and urged government schools to adopt similar practices. He also recommended organizing inter-school literary and sports meets to foster healthy competition among students.
