PITAPOOL, October 27: The Yachuli Constituency Employees Forum (YCEF) has commenced final preparations for its upcoming 4th General Conference and 11th Foundation Day Celebration 2025, following a crucial coordination meeting held on Monday at the residence of Er. Nabam Tado in Pitapool.
The meeting, chaired by Tabia Chobin, Vice President of YCEF, brought together members of the General Conference Organizing Committee and the Executive Committee for an in-depth discussion on the roadmap for the forthcoming events.
Deliberations focused on ensuring that the celebration not only commemorates YCEF’s remarkable institutional journey but also reaffirms its founding ideals of leadership, social responsibility, and community development.
In a unanimous resolution, the Forum decided to observe the 11th Foundation Day Celebration on November 19, 2025. Participants reaffirmed their shared commitment to YCEF’s mission of promoting transformative public service and fostering grassroots unity.
The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks by Er. Gem Dopum, who commended members for their dedication, foresight, and collective enthusiasm in making the upcoming event a significant milestone in the Forum’s history.
A further resolution outlined that the 4th General Conference will officially commence from 24th to 26 April 2026. The Forum emphasized that the conference is envisioned as a landmark gathering, featuring broad participation from employees, dignitaries, and key stakeholders. The Chief Guest for the event will be confirmed in consultation with the relevant authorities.
Prominent attendees included senior YCEF figures Er. N.L. Tugu, Neelam Teji, Er. N.L. Kamin, and Er. Likha Topu, whose continued engagement reflects the Forum’s enduring culture of mentorship and institutional continuity.
