Commuters and residents of the capital complex are requesting the traffic management authority and the Itanagar Capital complex traffic police to regulate vehicle parking in front of political party and government offices. The haphazard parking causes traffic chaos and jams on NH-415, the main road in Itanagar city. Visitors to these offices do not use the available parking facilities properly, disrupting traffic flow. Although some progress has been made in managing traffic in certain areas, there is still much work to be done. Commuters face difficulties at various locations in Itanagar, and the upcoming elections have exacerbated the problem. The general public appreciates the improved traffic management in some parts of the city and urges the government to deploy more traffic police and personnel for better management in the capital complex and other district headquarters.
