Saturday, May 31: Eingko Foundation, a Ziro based NGO organized its 1st Edition of Interaction Program under Project Purisa (Let’s Read) for inculcating reading habits in school children, personality development and academic performance improvement at Library Room, Govt. Upper Primary School, Sululya, Old Ziro on Saturday, May 31, 2025.
Shri Tai Arun, Trade Development Officer (TDO)-cum-DIPRO In-charge, Ziro attended the program as a Resource Person. In the session, he shared his life testimony to motivate school children to be ambitious and hard working to achieve the goal even when faced with challenges. Through PPT, he shared important tips and techniques to overcome various physical and intellectual challenges, improve reading and writing skills and development of good habits.
Resource person Tai Arun, also illustrated the lives of Mahatma Gandhi, the father of the nation, Dr. APJ Abdul Kalam, the Missile Man of India and Shri Hibu Robin, the first IPS Officer of Arunachal Pradesh and encouraged school children not to indulge into bad habits and substance abuse but be a man of value and contribute in nation building. While appreciating the objectives of Project Purisa, he also assured to contribute informative and motivational books to the library run by Eingko Foundation.
Miss Tage Onia, founder of Eingko Foundation appreciated the resource person Tai Arun for giving his valuable time for the program and sharing life changing information with school children. The Eingko Foundation is an NGO based in Ziro Valley and work for environment protection and education for school children. It runs a dedicated Library with various informative books and novels for all school going children at the Govt. Upper Primary School, Sululya, Old Ziro since 2023.
