Lower Subansiri Clinches Victory in Thrilling Men’s Football Final at 4th Arunachal State Games 2025

In a gripping and high-energy finale at the Golden Jubilee Stadium in Yupia on April 22, 2025, Lower Subansiri District emerged victorious in the Men’s Football Final of the 4th Arunachal State Games. The team defeated their fierce rivals, Upper Subansiri District, with a close score of 2-1, showcasing exceptional skill, determination, and teamwork. The match kept spectators on the edge of their seats as Shri Yachang Kani and Shri Landi Murchi each netted a goal for Lower Subansiri, leading their team to a hard-fought triumph. The winning team was managed by Shri Mohendra Goswami and guided by Coach Shri Duyu Bida, whose leadership played a key role in the team’s success. This win marks a proud moment for Lower Subansiri District and highlights the growing talent and passion for football in the region.
