Ziro, 24 Nov | A five-day Capacity-Building Programme for Head Teachers, Master Trainers, and educators of PM-SHRI schools commenced in Ziro, organised by the Office of the DDSE, Lower Subansiri district. The programme focuses on modern pedagogical practices, NEP 2020 implementation, curriculum design, effective classroom management, and technology integration in teaching.
Participants are engaged in workshops, group activities, and model teaching sessions aimed at strengthening their professional competencies.
Speaking at the inaugural session,officials highlighted the importance of continuous professional development to improve teaching quality and student learning outcomes. Participants expressed enthusiasm for the initiative, noting its relevance to current educational needs.

DPC Nangram Kayum assured that similar training programmes will be conducted regularly to further enhance the capabilities of educators and reinforce the PM-SHRI initiative across the district.
