Representative image3 people from Kerala found dead in Ziro Hotel On 02/04/24 at 1030 hrs a verbal report was received at PS ZIRO to the effect that one guest namely: Shri Naveen Thomas had checked in the hotel with his wife and a friend on 28/3/24.
It was reported from the staffs of hotel that the guests were not seen since 1st April 2024.
Early on 02/04/24 On suspicion the staffs checked the room in which the guest were staying which was found locked from inside.
Reportedly they broke open the room wherein all the occupants were found dead.
On receipt of the information the police team reached place of occurrence and found three of them dead in the room in different places.
One lady namely Lt.Arya B Nair 29 Yrs of Sreeragam Trivandrum was found lying dead on the bed with her wrist cut with a sharp blade.
The other lady namely Lt. Devi B,39 yrs of Meenadam Kottayam was found lying dead on the floor with cut marks on her neck as well as cut marks on the right side of the wrist.
The male deceased was identified as Lt. Naveen Thomas 39 yrs of Meenadam Kottayam was found lying dead in the bathroom with cut mark on his left wrist.
Apparently the deceased Lt. Naveen Thomas and Lt. Devi B were husband and wife.
The District Police team with the assistance of Forensic experts from PTC Banderdewa conducted search and have seized all the existing evidences available in the room.
The Post Mortem is scheduled tomorrow.
Accordingly 3 UD cases under section 174 CrPC have been registered and endorsed to SI J. Doye for investigation.
During initial investigation it is found that there is missing FIR registered against deceased Lt Arya B Nair at Trivandrum.
Further investigation underway considering all angles.
