Portronics has expanded its product portfolio with the launch of its new Dash 4 wireless speaker with a karaoke mic. The Dash 4 is a 50-watt portable wireless speaker that comes with a cordless microphone. It is IPX5 certified making it water-resistant.

The Portronics Dash 4 is priced at Rs 6,999 and can be purchased from Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra and Potronics’s official website among other online and offline stores. The speaker comes with a 12-month warranty.

The Portronics Dash 4 is a 50-watt portable wireless speaker that comes with a cordless microphone. It is IPX5 certified which means it is water-resistant. The Dash 4 sports a mesh-textured exterior topped off by a built-in 360-degree dynamic RGB light system and a control panel. The control panel lets users control music playback, adjust volume and choose from six different lighting modes including pure colour rhythm, vertical colourful rhythm, horizontal full-colour rotation, pure colour wave, colourful breathing, and warm light mode.
The 50W speaker promises to produce high-quality sound and can also be fine-tuned with the built-in EQ modes on the control panel. Whether users prefer audio output to sound balanced, bass-heavy or want to accentuate the treble, they will be able to customise it. When using the microphone, the Dash 4 lets users switch between karaoke and vocal mode.
The Portronics Dash 4 allows users to play music using Bluetooth, from a flash drive connected to its USB port, from Aux-in via a 3.5mm cable, a stereo-out for headphones as well as a dedicated port for a wired mic. The speaker also comes with a built-in FM tuner. The leather strap on the Dash 4 makes it convenient to carry. The speaker comes with an 8000mAh battery and promises to deliver a battery life of up to six hours.
