The 38th Statehood Day celebration at Padi Yubbe Outdoor Stadium in Hapoli, Lower Subansiri District, was marked by the unfurling of the Tricolour flag by the Chief Guest, H.P. Vivek, IAS, Deputy Commissioner of Lower Subansiri District. The program also included the inauguration of exhibition stalls by the chief guest. Lempia Village and Kalung Village in Bulla were awarded as the cleanest villages in Ziro. Himani Meena, IAS, ADC, Ziro, Lower Subansiri District, Zilla Parishad members and other dignitaries and HoDs shared the VIP gallery with the chief guest.
