DAPORIJO, 15 Apr: Three electors cast their votes from home here in Upper Subansiri district on Sunday.
A team of polling officials, led by DEO Talo Potom,covered three locations within the township here to extend the facility to individuals who faced challenges in physically being present at the polling booths.
The ECI has introduced home-voting for the first time with the aim of making voting easier for elderly citizens and differently-abled persons. (DIPRO)
